Today I was playing a bit with the DX11 features in the june 2011 UDK.

While I was setting some stuff up in UDK and testing new features I pushed the fog variables to the EXTREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEME.
And I felt the results were cool enough to be shown to others.
So here is a screenshot:
Research Gathering Trip
So, today I went to gather inspirational material at the local comic book shop. Scroll down to the bottom to see what I got.
Called Serier & Sånt, roughly translating to Comics and such stuff.
This kind of shop is scary, you go in with a specific goal in mind and end up wanting to get everything.
But when you reach the register you realize that they want money for it too. Imagine that.
So here’s what I ended up getting.
From left to right that is:
- Frank Miller’s Sin City: Booze, Broads, & Bullets.
- John Constantine – Hellblazer: Hooked
- Ex Machina: Term Limits
- Jens Lapidus/Peter Bergting: Gängkrig 145
The last one surprised me a bit so I just had to get it, it’s a noir cop/gang story set in Stockholm.
